I think that when September said that its way over their heads they are in deep trouble. The reason why I think that it means they are in deep trouble is because September said she did not look up from her thoughts, that usually means that your are mad or sad and you don't want anyone to look at you. I think that it also means that they are going to get stuck in the water again and they will get caught this time.

(Added on) when they tip their boat back over sep says Ivan quick tip it over why she says that is becuase she thinks she sees ether a shark or a really big tanker boat and dowse it rite in time to becuase it comes and almost gets her (for the shark) and the ship comes so close it tips here and Ivan's nose.thats my perdiction.
